Job Description :

Labor Connections, LLC is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Statesville, NC. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a hands-on role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, with Saturdays as needed

Assemble boxes and package items for shipment

Operate a sit-down forklift (minimum of 6 months of experience required).

Perform simple math calculations for inventory and packing tasks.

Lift and carry heavy items (60-80 lbs).

Stand and walk for the entire shift.

Required Qualifications :

Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of basic tools and equipment.

Minimum of 6 months of sit-down forklift experience.

Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

Basic math skills are essential.

Reliable transportation is a must.

Steel-toed shoes required (shorts, t-shirts, and jeans are acceptable work attire).

Safety glasses will be provided.

No high school diploma/GED required.

Bilingual candidates are preferred.
