Labor Connections, LLC, a leading staffing agency in Catawba, Alexander, Burke, and Iredell counties and surrounding counties, is expanding our recruitment team. We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and persistent individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in or exposure to the construction sector, enhancing their ability to connect effectively and place candidates in roles that frequently serve our construction-focused clients.

Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring, specializing in construction roles.

Utilize industry knowledge to identify top talent in the construction sector, including skilled trades, project management, and engineering positions.

Develop and maintain a deep network within the construction industry, leveraging connections to source candidates and stay ahead of market trends.

Meet and Greet Employees/Possible Job Candidates.

Take applications/Screen/Interview/Testing.

Foster strong relationships with construction professionals, building a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to meet the industry's evolving demands.

Maintain all Databases.

Assess and uncover customer needs.

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Be adaptable and flexible in this fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish speaking at a fluent level both verbally and written

Construction background/understanding including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

Knowledge of Skilled Labor obligations
