Job Description :

Labor Connections is actively seeking an experienced 2nd Shift SPC Lead to join our dynamic team in Statesville, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

2nd Shift

Monday-Thursday

3:00PM-1:00AM (Friday Overtime as required)

$20.00/hr = $1.00 shift differential

Oversee and lead a team of 15-20 employees

Manage time and attendance records

Ensure accurate label printing and adherence to safety processes

Organize and direct teams

Communicate production orders effectively and efficiently

Utilize strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of solid Lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

Attention to detail and ability to handle production tasks in a fast-paced environment
