Job Description :

We are seeking dedicated Sheet Metal Helpers to assist with HVAC-related projects. This role is critical in fabricating and installing components that support essential HVAC systems. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to build or grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm

(Saturdays when required)

Interpret blueprints to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products for HVAC systems.

Measure and mark dimensions accurately using tools such as rulers, calculators, and scribes.

Securely fasten joints and seams using solder, welds, caulk, bolts, and metal driver clips to ensure long-lasting durability.

Install HVAC-related assemblies, including ducts, furnace casings, rain gutters, flashings, and more.

Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, and grind metal surfaces for a seamless, polished finish.

Select appropriate sheet metal types and gauges based on project specifications.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Required Qualifications :

0-3 years of experience in sheet metal or HVAC-related work.

Familiarity with HVAC systems and their components is a plus.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.

Basic understanding of building codes and compliance standards.

OSHA certification is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
