Labor Connections, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join a leading company in the HVAC/R component industry. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with an established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
- Manage customer proposals, including technical solutions and pricing.
- Develop and validate business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Support customer development and general sales activities, both in the field and at company headquarters.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to prioritize sales projects.
- Provide necessary information to the customer service team to maintain world-class sales and service.
- Lead customer meetings and negotiations.
- Maintain and drive a robust customer opportunity pipeline.
- Manage comprehensive customer solutions, including technical engineered solutions and supply chain management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the HVAC/R component industry.
- Proven success in the heat transfer market and technical sales.
- Customer-focused sales methodology with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and customer service.
- Ability to manage both existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
