Sales Executive

- Manage Customer Proposals: Oversee the development of customer proposals, including technical solutions and pricing strategies.
- Business Development: Identify and validate new business opportunities, supporting customer development and general sales activities both in the field and from headquarters.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to prioritize and drive sales growth projects.
- Customer Service Support: Provide the necessary information to assist the customer service department in offering world-class sales and service.
- Lead Customer Engagements: Conduct and lead customer meetings, negotiations, and manage the opportunity pipeline.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales and marketing within the HVAC/R component industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in the heat transfer market with demonstrated success in technical sales and engineered solutions.
