Job Description :

Are you a skilled maintenance technician looking for a rewarding opportunity with excellent benefits and competitive pay? Labor Connections, LLC is seeking Residential Maintenance Technicians in the Hickory area!

Monday–Thursday, 7:30am – 5:30pm

On-call one week per month

You’ll be responsible for maintenance and repairs in both occupied and unoccupied housing units. Key tasks include:

Repairing faucets, valves, and leaks

Replacing thermostats and wax rings

Drywall repairs and minor carpentry

Replacing handrails and flooring planks

Installing and removing appliances

Electrical tasks such as replacing receptacles and covers

Required Qualifications :

Must have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical

High school diploma or GED required

Skilled in residential maintenance tasks

Valid driver’s license required; must pass an MVR (Moving Vehicle Record) report
