Job Description :

Labor Connections is seeking a seasoned Project Foreman to lead project management efforts and seize new business opportunities within the construction sector. This role is crucial for those who excel in managing both projects and client relationships, offering a chance to grow within a leading organization.

Manage and oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with the company's standards, client specifications, and governmental regulations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent with comprehensive knowledge in construction, design, finance, and management.

Valid Driver’s License; 10+ hours of OSHA Training with commitment to complete 30 hours within 1 year.

Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Viewpoint Software, and Microsoft Project. Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and work both in the office and on-site.

Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors, and travel to job sites, including overnight stays.
