Job Description :

Labor Connections, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee production operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, and communicate them to the team.

Organize workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.

Oversee and coach employees to maintain a productive and motivated workforce.

Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

Monitor production output to ensure it meets specifications.

Submit reports on team performance and progress.

Identify efficiency issues and recommend process improvements.

Train new employees on machinery operation and safety procedures.

Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.

Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven with problem-solving expertise.
