Job Description :

Labor Connections is hiring a Production Planning Assistant for a local manufacturing facility. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented, and has a knack for turning numbers into actionable insights.

Track and log production metrics – safety, quality, efficiency, and shipping

Summarize daily production reports and organize data for leadership

Create and maintain performance reports and RMA photo logs

Handle VOC/Hazardous Waste inspections and reports

Enter cycle counts, inventory, and paint usage data into M2M

Maintain manuals, enter returns, and help with basic AutoCAD tasks

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite

Strong communication and organizational skills

Someone who works well independently

Ability to walk factory floors and multitask

Forklift license (or willingness to get one)
