Mechanic

Labor Connections is currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery and vehicles to ensure their functionality and reliability. • Inspect machines, engines, transmissions, etc., and conduct diagnostic tests to identify problems.


• Perform repairs with the goal of achieving maximum reliability.


• Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.


• Undertake thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.


• Clean machinery components and apply lubricants as needed.


• Maintain detailed logs of work and report on issues encountered.

• Proven experience as a Mechanic.


• In-depth knowledge of machinery and understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and other systems.


• A strong adherence to all health and safety guidelines.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.


• High school diploma preferred; vocational school certification or apprenticeship is a plus.


• Welding, basic machine skills, and basic bodywork skills are highly advantageous.
