Knock Up Machine
Operating in the Fabrication department.
Brazer
You take the completed coil and seal any spot that may leak. It is the spot where the fixtures go on the end of the coil. The spouts where water/coolant enters/leaves. Use a hand torch to seal any areas that may leak.
Coiler
Set-up and operate coiling machine from blueprint/process sheet. Inspect and move coiled parts to designated area. May weld brackets on an as-needed basis. Proper paperwork must be filled out on a daily basis.
Manifolder
Assemble heat exchanges into completed units. Set up and operate twister and T-drill machine. Insulate manifold using foam/insulation board as required.
Paint/Pack
Powder Coating Spray paint powder coating material to seal completed units. Pack into boxes to be shipped.
Enhancing
Set up and operate equipment used to fabricate metal brackets to customer specifications using drawings, blueprints, and/or verbal instructions.
Braze Tee’s
Set up and operate equipment used to fabricate metal Tees to customer specifications using drawings, blueprints, and/or verbal instructions.
Quality Control
Inspect metal/plastic parts/components in different areas to ensure products meets all parameters in regard to quality, completion, etc.
Maintenance Mechanic
Maintenance assistance needed to perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing equipment, replacing parts, etc. This position may also be called upon to complete more complex repairs when a skilled tradesperson is unavailable. Performing maintenance activities such as painting, repairing windows, replacing carpet, or cleaning up debris from construction sites. Performing light repair work such as changing light bulbs and repairing small items such as leaky faucets or broken windows. Cleaning and maintaining building exteriors. Collecting and disposing of garbage and recyclable materials from offices and other work areas. Installing mechanical equipment such as air conditioners and humidifiers. Inspecting equipment for signs of wear and tear or damage and reporting issues to supervisors. Performing minor electrical work such as replacing light bulbs, installing receptacles, or wiring new equipment. Maintaining buildings by performing tasks such as mopping floors, vacuuming offices, or dusting shelves. Completing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisors.
