Labor Connections, LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates for Machine Operator positions in the Morganton, NC area. We have all shifts available and shifts are 8-12 hours with a growing company looking for their next great employee. This is a great entry-level machine operator opening for candidates seeking to gain machine operation experience.

1st shift: 7am-3pm

2nd shift: 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri

3rd shift: 11pm-7am Sun-Thurs

Required Qualifications :

Candidates will need to be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and climb stairs over a 12 hour shift.

Responsible with a strong work ethic.

Reliable with transportation to get to and from the job on time.

Steel toed boots are required for this position.

All machine operator applicants must be submit to a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening before starting work and come by our office in Morganton to complete application and interview.
