Job Description :

Labor Connections is seeking skilled Machine Operators to join a well-established textile manufacturing facility in Gastonia, NC. These full-time positions offer competitive wages, paid breaks, and holiday pay after 30 days. If you have prior machine operating experience and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Operate and monitor textile machinery to ensure efficient production

Set up bobbins, adjust machine settings, and inspect for yarn breakages

Maintain accurate production documentation and assist with packing as needed

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Some positions require lifting up to 35 lbs. and standing for extended periods

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience (textile industry preferred)

Clean background required: No larceny, theft, or assault charges; other felonies must be 7+ years old

Tobacco-free facility – Breaks must be taken in designated areas
