IT Technician  & Advertising Designer - Part Time - Flexible Scheduling


 


Job Description




The IT Technician  & Advertising Designer will oversee setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the technology systems used to maintain computer and internet networks along with developing and creating job orders that match the needs of the workforce.


 


Duties


·         Responding to hardware and software problems as they arise.


·         Updating system software


·         Setting up new workstations and updating workstations as employees move locations


·         Developing job orders that match the immediate need of the workforce


·         Work in partnership with recruiters and sales employees to provide successful social media posts and up to date job orders.


·        Advertising media


·        Video


·        Audio


·        Print and digital publications 


·        Graphic art


·        Ad design/print media/podcasts


·        Advertising art


·        Graphic design


·        Creative advertising 


 


Responsibilities


·         Maintain and improve the technical systems to ensure all employees have the working equipment they need to complete their daily tasks.


·         Implement security measures for the technical systems


·         Offer technical support to the company’s employees for computer problems


·         Install and update company software


·         Anticipate and report cost of replacing equipment such as computers, phones, and other technical equipment


·         Maintain internet connectivity, back up information, and troubleshoot issues


·         May visit clients to install, inspect, or repair hardware.  


·         Create Branding


·         Create audio, video, and graphic advertisements 


·         Produce a company podcast


 


Required Qualifications :

Requirements


·         Working knowledge of computers, operating systems, networking, cell phones, and any other IT office equipment.


·         Great problem solving and critical thinking skills


·         Attention to detail


·         Great time management and communication skills


·         3 years basic computer and networking support preferred but not required


·         Degree or certifications related to technology preferred but not required


·         Good driving record and dependable transportation


·        Advertising media - 2+ years

·        Audio - 2+ years


·        Print and digital publications - 2+ years


·        Graphic art - 2+ years


·        Ad design/print media/podcasts- 2+ years

Schedule & Pay


·         Part Time position with flexible scheduling - Regular office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.


·         Pay depends on training and experience.
