Industrial Electrician

$25-$30 per hour   •   Full-Time   •   40-50 hours per week 

 Labor Connections, LLC is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in Statesville, NC. This role involves the operation of block machines, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will also assist with production line operations and office duties as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with electrical troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment.

• Operate equipment and work on the production line as needed.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.

• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.

• Perform mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

• Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report any unusual situations to supervision.

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Assist with larger repairs on weekends, with comped time off during the week or on an overtime basis.

• Significant standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms.


• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.


• Ability to hear and occasionally sit and climb or balance.


• Regularly lift and move up to 100 pounds.


• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
