HVAC Service Technician

In this role, you’ll handle installations, maintenance, and repairs for HVAC systems in residential homes (like single-family homes and apartments) and light commercial settings (such as small offices and retail spaces).

• Residential Work: You’ll perform installations, tune-ups, and repairs for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in private homes. From setting up new systems in tight spaces like attics or basements to performing regular maintenance like filter changes and thermostat calibrations, you’ll be the go-to expert for homeowners looking to stay comfortable year-round.

• Light Commercial Work: Working in light commercial spaces like small offices and retail stores, you’ll install, maintain, and repair larger systems, often mounted on rooftops or in mechanical rooms. This work involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the HVAC systems in these public-facing spaces are running efficiently and safely.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to keep systems running smoothly.


• Customer Service Skills: Communicate effectively with both homeowners and business owners, explaining issues clearly and professionally.


• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with split systems, ductless setups, packaged rooftop units, and code compliance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
