• Diagnose & Troubleshoot: Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.


• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, and inspections for operational safety.


• Repairs & Overhauls: Repair or replace engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and more. Conduct major overhauls as needed.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts used for inventory tracking and cost management.


• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operators and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).


• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.


• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate heavy machinery.
