Job Description :

We are seeking dedicated Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Grading Crew in the Hickory, NC area. If you have experience in paving, asphalt, concrete, or have worked on a road/paving crew, we want to hear from you!

1st Shift

$15 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Operate heavy equipment for grading and paving projects.

Work efficiently in an outdoor environment exposed to various weather conditions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Required Qualifications :

Able to lift between 20-100 lbs depending on the job requirements.

Able to lift, bend, stand, stoop, squat, climb ladders and use hand tools to grab/grasp over a 8-12 hour shift.

Strong solid work ethic and good attendance with reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Ability to learn, take direction, and interact with managers and coworkers professionally.
