Job Description :

Labor Connections, LLC is seeking dedicated and skilled Commercial/Light Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our team. Our Field Service Technicians ensure customers' HVAC systems are running efficiently and safely. This position involves traveling to various customer sites to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

Travel to customer locations to perform HVAC service and support.

Diagnose and correct malfunctions on HVAC equipment.

Provide comprehensive feedback through detailed field service reports.

Communicate professionally with customers, both in person and in writing.

Coordinate effectively with dispatch to ensure top-notch customer service.

Promote sales and service for customer equipment.

Adapt easily to change, maintain a strong safety record, and follow standard operating procedures without fail.

Required Qualifications :

Extensive knowledge of refrigerant troubleshooting.

Ability to provide technical feedback on equipment.

Strong communication skills.

Service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
