Are you a skilled HVAC technician looking for a rewarding opportunity with competitive pay? Labor Connections, LLC is seeking Experienced Service Technicians to join a reputable company specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC services.

Repair & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems to determine failures and repair needs.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct site surveys, perform scheduled maintenance, and prepare accurate service documentation.

Installations & Start-Up: Install new equipment, perform start-ups, and ensure all installations meet manufacturer and company standards.

Customer Service: Represent the company as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and quality service.

Emergency Service: Respond to after-hours and emergency maintenance requests to keep customer systems running smoothly.

Required Qualifications :

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues

Strong knowledge of electricity and controls

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Safety-focused and detail-oriented
