Job Description :

Labor Connections is hiring friendly, professional Event Staff to support an upcoming indoor convention. This is a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service to guests, vendors, and attendees. You’ll be stationed at registration kiosks, helping with check-ins, badge scanning, providing directions, and answering basic event questions.

Tuesday, April 22 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Wednesday, April 23 – 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Thursday, April 24 – 7:15 AM to 2:30 PM

Assist vendors with materials at registration

Scan badges for meals and sessions

Direct attendees throughout the venue

Provide accurate information about event schedules

Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations

Operate basic equipment such as handheld devices, smartphones, and walkie talkies

Participate in light post-event wrap-up (no setup or heavy lifting required)

Meals will be provided during various shifts. Breaks will be scheduled accordingly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a professional event experience.

Required Qualifications :

High level of attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Ability to work in a team and take direction

No felonies within the last 7 years; no repetitive or pending charges

Reliable and punctual
