Entry Level Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Conover, NC. Morganton, NC. Statesville, NC

Labor Connections, LLC, one of the fastest-growing employment agencies serving, Catawba, Alexander, Burke, and Iredell counties is growing and looking to expand our recruiting team. The ideal person will be motivated, outgoing, and persistent. This can be an entry-level opening for the right candidate or a great place for an established recruiting/HR professional looking to take their career to the next level. Our offices are fast-paced and you will interact with candidates, employees, and our clients so people skills are a must.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

Meet and Greet Employees/Possible Job Candidates

Take applications/Screen/Interview/Testing

Answer Phones

Maintain and update Employee and Customer Filed

Maintain all Databases

Assess and uncover customer needs.

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Be adaptable and flexible in this fast-paced environment.

Other functions as assigned

Recruiter Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic computer skills (working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office)

Must be reliable and dependable.

Recruiter Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

· Preferred bilingual Spanish speaking at a fluent level both verbally and written.

· Preferred Construction background/understanding including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc

· Preferred knowledge of Skilled Labor obligations.
