Customer Service - Office Based
We have a client seeking to add to their growing team for an office-based customer service role that interacts directly with the public. This is a 1st shift Monday - Friday opening with starting pay based on experience but between $11-$14 with opportunities for bonuses. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, 2-3 years of customer service experience (preferably in an office or call center setting), the ability to work independently, and able to perform under pressure in a busy office setting.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Solid and stable work history and proven work ethic
Customer service experience- preferred office or call center but not required.
Basic computer skills including: typing, email and microsoft office.
Professional attitude able to interact with the public in person, on the phone, and email
