We are seeking general laborers for construction openings in skilled construction trades such as builders, demolition, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, and welding/fabrication for critical projects in the Hickory and Conover, NC areas.

These are entry-level roles at growing companies looking for their next great employee. We have immediate needs for construction general labor working in HVAC, demolition, electrical, plumbing, and other related construction skilled trades. Assistance with certifications, schooling, and hands-on training available.

General Labor Requirements:

• Able to lift between 50-100 lbs depending on the job requirements.


• Able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, stand, crawl, use hand tools as required by the project over an 8-10 hour shift.


• Strong solid work ethic and good attendance with reliable transportation to get to and from work.


• Ability to learn, take direction, and interact with managers and coworkers professionally.


• Willing to submit to a background and pre-employment drug screen along with other skills testing as required by the specific employer and job.
